Informal dining is available in our cosy bar area, but for a slightly smarter affair, guests are invited to dine in truly traditional elegance. With original dark wood wall panels that stretch from floor to ceiling, and an enormous roaring fireplace, the restaurant is popular with both guests and non-residents at all times of the year. Creative and imaginative dining that exploits the benefits of locally sourced produce and Welsh meats and is complimented with a plethora of exquisite wines from both the old and new world.
